Supporting the promotion of sustainable urban development standards, which consider the Brazilian context of digital transformation in cities, is the central purpose of the Brazilian Letter for Smart Cities. Starting in August 2019, the document's process of collective construction had had 3 Collaborative Offices and more than 200 people involved and linked to institutions from different sectors. A document was reached that expresses a Brazilian public agenda for Smart Cities and the formation of a Community that fosters and implements it based on a shared vision. The event will present the Brazilian Letter for the Smart Cities and promote the discussion about its building process and its implementation perspectives.
