For a better urban future: the steps we should take toward a carbon-free society

On 4 October, UN-Habitat ROAP (Fukuoka) will hold the World Habitat Day Online Event inviting two guest speakers; one is a professor of the University of Tokyo Institute for Future Initiatives and the Press Manager of RKB Mainichi Broadcasting corporation. The presentations will give us insights on the impact of global warming to the world and on the priority issues for governments, private sector and civil society toward the realization of a carbon-free society, and on the role of media in addressing climate change and zero carbon issues and drawing attention of the people.
