The Alagoas Urban Thinkers Meeting (EPUAL) is a space for exchanging ideas about Maceió's problems and potentials with the academic community, civil society, and the state public sector. The event 1st edition took place in 2019, and it was about urban mobility, the right to the city, and urban resilience. However, even without a physical encounter, the virtual edition of 2020 will not fail to provide a fertile space for Alagoas, its citizens, and everyone interested to exchange, share and, above all, think about the Maceió that we want. This year's event aims to resume the issues raised in EPUAL 2019, with guests who participated in that edition with the backdrop of COVID-19. The interdisciplinary approach conducted by the pandemic theme will make us look at the city through the lens of different disciplines
