Most Brazilian and Lusophone Africa cities are vulnerable to climate change. Thus, more and more frequently, we have cities in a state of emergency due to these adversities. ODS 13 refers to the need to create cities resilient to risks related to natural disasters. This webinar is part of this challenge in which journalism plays a fundamental role in the process of informing, mobilizing and raising awareness in the communities of urban centers. The way journalistic coverage is given in communication channels (public, community and commercial) contributes to the public debate and discussion of urban policies on the complexity of climate change in a post-pandemic scenario, an emergency problem that affects life on the planet.
