Rural Habitat

This event will introduce the "Rural Habitat" project and will present participatory plans for six rural communities: Agrovila III and Agrovila VI settlements (Itaberá-SP), Karugwá Village (Barão de Antonina-SP), Tekoá Porã Village (Itaporanga-SP), Jáo Quilombo (Itapeva-SP), and Fazenda Silvério Quilombo (Itararé-SP). The provision of technical assistance in social housing primarily revolves around understanding the needs and aspirations of these communities, guiding principles based on cartographic surveys, technical and sensitive data, and integrated actions aimed at capacity building and social empowerment. The project aims to: reflect on rural living; recover traditional knowledge and techniques; establish a theoretical/technical foundation; and understand the possibilities for implementing the proposals.
