To broaden citizen participation in the Master Plan revision, Ippuc has developed a framework for conducting open workshops, which can be organized by entities, community councils, professionals, academic institutions, and organizations connected to urban planning. These workshops are designed to foster debate and contributions to the city’s urban development guidelines. A workshop manual is available to guide the process, and the submission of results is systematized to ensure their inclusion in the analysis of proposals for the Master Plan.
