The event follows the flagship event initiated by PLAXUS on October 23, 2025, focusing on academic exchange with stakeholders and capacity building organisations. In this event, Dr Vinod Kumar T M, author of over 20+ books on AI and its applications for sustainable cities, sits down with a group of planners and researchers to discuss and understand how AI can pave the way for governance and effective implementation. He speaks in the context of Kerala where digital governance is being added to the latest Kerala Urban Policy Commission's recommendation. The session would be moderated by Dr Bimal P, Assistant Professor at the Department of Architecture and Planning, NIT Calicut, who has worked on the use of AI technologies for creating a Decision Support System for Disaster Management.
