New Urban Agenda: thinking about sustainable cities

The event proposes a conversation between invited professionals, university professors and undergraduate students from the Architecture and Urban Planning course at Centro Universitário Ritter dos Reis UniRitter. A moment within the UniRitter Architecture and Urbanism Seminar where the theme of Resilient Cities and possible paths for sustainable urban planning and development will be discussed. How can we face a climate crisis in our city? We will discuss and reflect on the challenges and opportunities for sustainable urban development. Undergraduate students, professors and invited professionals will be together talking about possible actions considering the New Urban Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. Our objective is to share knowledge and promote awareness about this very important topic in the current urban scenario, reinforcing the importance of inclusive and sustainable cities in urban planning.
