As part of Urban October, we organized a creative activity inviting young people from five subdivisions to draw elements they observe in their city—such as houses, buildings, parks, and rivers—on a canvas. With 43 participants overall, each individual contributed their unique perspective, creating a vibrant representation of their urban environment. The canvases were designed to connect modularly, symbolizing the interconnectedness of urban elements and the vital role of connectivity in fostering sustainable cities. Additionally, we hosted a repeat session with nine participants from Javer corporate, reinforcing the same activity. Through this initiative, we aimed to inspire awareness about sustainable urban living while encouraging artistic expression and community engagement. The resulting artwork serves as a powerful reminder of how our cities can thrive through interconnectedness and collective creativity.
