The II Global Digital Forum took place in Moscow on 8-10 October 2026 under the motto “Communicate. Connect. Create.” Bringing together participants from 111 countries, including high-level government officials, city leaders and representatives of international organizations, the Forum advanced global dialogue on digital transformation and the future of urban development. The Global Digital Forum addressed a broad range of challenges and opportunities arising from the rapid development of digital technologies. Discussions covered the growing role of artificial intelligence in public administration, the transformation of urban infrastructure and public services, and new approaches to smart city governance. Particular attention was given to how technological innovation can improve residents’ quality of life and support sustainable urban development. The Forum strengthened international partnerships and advanced practical cooperation between cities, with over 200 bilateral meetings providing opportunities to exchange experiences, address common urban challenges and explore joint initiatives. The Forum translated international dialogue into concrete outcomes, with 150 agreements and memorandums signed during the event. These results laid the groundwork for further cooperation on digital transformation and the implementation of practical solutions aimed at improving urban life.
