Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) Vehicles are the dominant form of transportation in the Kingdom of Bahrain. However, with nearly 575,000 private use vehicles, there appears to be no end to private vehicles being utilized as the dominant means of transportation. Given the multiple economic inefficiencies associated with the current norm, can a transition to electric vehicles mitigate some of the associated inefficiencies?
