3rd Fortaleza’s Urban October - Social entrepreneurship

"The Fortaleza Planning Institute (IPLANFOR), in partnership with the other agencies of the Municipality of Fortaleza, is promoting the 3rd Fortaleza’s Urban October, a series of activities addressing the Sustainable Urban Development, focused on financing and urban resilience; taking into consideration the local context and alignment with the national and international campaigns of UN-Habitat, Urban Circuit and Urban October. This year's campaign will address the following thematic areas: Integrated urban planning, financing and investment, social and economic inclusion, and circular economy. The thematic focus is Social and Economic Inclusion, intending to discuss experiences and plans for social and economic inclusion in cities of the Global South. The event will be held virtually, featuring a panel comprising an external guest, along with representatives from the public sector, civil society, and academia."
