The 10th edition of City Talk carried out by Vivacidade will stimulate the debate between sectors on how to make life in cities better in the month in which the Urban October is celebrated. This edition has the institutional support of UN-Habitat and is part of the Urban Circuit calendar. The event's theme is "strengthening communities in the search for social, environmental and economic sustainability", focusing on "challenges faced during the COVID-19 pandemic and possible paths in the search for resilience in the local community". The proposal to bring social actors, with their perspectives, to discuss the problems faced in the pandemic seeks to bring out different realities and their challenges. And, based on the dialogue, explore ways to strengthen the local community. The debate will be attended by the rapper and social educator Jankiel Claudio, the president of the Belo Horizonte recyclers association Tiago Pavelski, and the designer, consultant, and entrepreneur Gabriela Oliveira.
