The closing event of the 2020 Urban Circuit concludes the celebration of Urban October in Brazil and Lusophone Africa.
There were about 200 events throughout the month of October in dozens of cities in Brazil and Lusophone Africa. We hope that the Urban Circuit has been an opportunity for learning, engaging and sharing knowledge and practices on the most diverse topics related to the urban context. We believe in the Urban Circuit as an initiative that focuses on the dissemination of knowledge that this year, due to its virtual edition, made the flow of information even more possible , without physical boundaries. In order to create a memory about the events that took place and also to democratize and spread the major exchange that were the events of the Urban Circuit, all events are recorded on Youtube channel for free access by anyone, anywhere in the world, at any time. The main people involved in the conception, planning and implementation of the Urban Circuit 2020 will participate in this event at the UN-Habitat offices in Brazil and Lusophone Africa (Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique and São Tomé and Príncipe). The main objective of the last Urban Circuit event is to share with the public about the process of conceiving this initiative, the best moments and lessons learned.
