Socio-environmental entrepreneurship is an important tool in building more sustainable cities, promoting economic growth, job and income generation, and environmental conservation. However, in peripheral regions, mainly in large urban centers, where economic inequality, social and environmental vulnerability are more evident, the promotion of projects with a socio-environmental character is responsible for major transformations in these areas, making them more resilient and inclusive, especially in the current world pandemic scenario. Thus, this event invites everyone to know three important socio-environmental entrepreneurship projects that have promoted the strengthening of the communities where they operate. They are Prato Verde Sustentável, Benedita Cerveja, and Recifavela.
