The event aims to discuss the pandemic effects of COVID-19 on sociability, planning and urban management of public spaces in the modern city. The goal is promote a critical thinking about the role of public spaces as a basic instrument to improvement of communities and cities. The aim is encourage dialogue between countries of Portuguese-speaking Africa and sharing of knowledge on planning and managing and events in daily life in cities.
