Hostile Cities – Post-pandemic urban relations

One classic definition of the word "city" is "a place of conflict". So, a city is necessarily the stage of a series of hostilities targeting specific bodies and territories, dictated by socio-historical factors. A hostile city, therefore, is defined by attacks on historically oppressed groups and territories or even by not meeting their demands, creating tensions found in urban social disputes. In pandemic times this became more evident. Who are the people forced to circulate in the city when the orientation was "stay at home"? How and in what means of transportation did these people circulate? In addition, when they actually stayed at home, what were their living conditions like? After the pandemic, what possible urban interventions and adjustments by society can be done in order to reduce hostility for those living in the city?
