The event "2030 Agenda in traditional communities in the historical cities of Minas Gerais", an activity of the Sustainability Forum of Historic Cities, has as its theme the sustainable development associated with the conservation and enhancement of the cultural heritage of traditional communities. This activity of the sustainability forum of the historic cities of Minas Gerais aims to contribute to a better understanding of the role of traditional communities, such as “quilombolas”, for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda. As part of the Forum, this event will comprise the opening panel and the panel of debates with specialists addressing elements related to traditional communities in the historical cities of Minas Gerais. The panel will be formed by experts who will present the introductory elements regarding traditional communities and how the 2030 Agenda can be implemented, considering the impacts of COVID-19.
