An exchange of experiences between cities and communities involved, based on the dialogue between the countries involved, which seeks to ensure cultural diversity as a way to prevent social distancing from affecting people's mental health, making the right to housing not only the right to a roof over our heads, but to decent housing with sustainable urban development, with healthcare, education and urban mobility.
