Regenerative Trails: Walk through the Infrastructure and Green Perception

Trianon Park – The Regenerative Lung of Avenida Paulista Trianon Park, with its rare remnant of Atlantic Forest amidst the dense urban fabric of Avenida Paulista, stands as a true green lung of the city. This immersive experience offers a guided walk full of reflections on how this natural fragment serves the city: regenerating the air, helping regulate temperature, and increasing biodiversity. The park is recognized not only as a space for relaxation but also as a living record of history and the importance of environmental preservation in highly urbanized areas. Additionally, the activity provides an interactive component through the Avant Garden app, which connects participants to the Trianon circuit. Through the app, participants can collaboratively register the park’s trees, learn new information about them, explore curiosities about local flora and fauna, and reinforce awareness of the importance of these ecosystem services. This integration transforms the walk into an educational experience. Structure Duration: Approximately 2 to 3 hours, including stops for reflection and practical observations. Guide/Facilitator: Members of the Escola da Regeneração and Avant Garden. Complementary Activity: A lecture at Casa das Rosas (to be confirmed), featuring in-depth discussions on regenerative culture and the positive impact of citizen-monitored green areas.
