Inovation and Technology for a Smart Public Management in Betim

The event “Innovation that Transforms: Implementing Technological Resources for Smart Public Management in Betim” will address how technology and data use are being applied in practice to modernize municipal public administration. Promoted by Fundação BETA, an ICT institution linked to the City Hall of Betim/MG, the event will showcase concrete experiences of digital transformation, focusing on improving the quality of public services, increasing transparency, and enhancing management efficiency. With a duration of three hours, the meeting will be held fully online and will feature lectures, thematic panels, and the launch of the BETA 30 Project. The approach will be institutional and technical, aimed at public managers, researchers, civil servants, and civil society actors interested in innovation, smart cities, and the strategic use of data in public policy-making.
