Climate Change Across Generations

As part of our commitment to fight climate change, this year Ryan Hanley is looking at exploring the views of climate change across generations in our community. Through a Climate Change Across Generations survey (both at a company level and externally), we are gathering their thoughts on climate change, its impacts, and possible solutions that they believe should be taken. Once we’ve collected responses, we will host an internal online event, through our Lunch & Learn sessions, as well as publishing a report on the findings through our website for public access. We aim to highlight any generational differences that emerge but most importantly combine ideas and solutions to apply more effective measures against the potential impacts of climate change and what we can do to become a more sustainable company and community. We hope that this survey and its presentation will provide valuable insight into the diverse views within our company, helping to shape future sustainability strategies as we work together to tackle the climate crisis.
