Urban Journey of Palermo

Farm, in collaboration with the Agenzia del Demanio Sicilia, the City of Palermo, the University of Palermo, the Gonzaga Campus , and numerous other Sicilian cultural institutions, on the occasion of the assignment to Farm, for temporary use , of a portion of the Collegio dei Crociferi in Via Maqueda, destined to become the Museum of the Cities of the World, is organizing the first edition of "Urban Journey of Palermo" on Saturday, October 26, 2024. The event celebrates and discusses the city together with its inhabitants, native and adopted Palermitans, cultural and social organizations. "Urban Journey of Palermo" will be a 24-hour marathon through some of the most beautiful and evocative places in the city. Among the international guests: Alissa Shelton from Detroit Future City and Bank Suey, photographer Alena Grom from Kyiv, and Christian Sarkar (to be confirmed), with nighttime exhibitions and displays in museums and art galleries, documentaries and cinema, artist studio visits, workshops and activities for children, living libraries, and many walks, explorations, urban breakfasts, and snacks.
