The main theme of the event is "Green Justice, Climate, and Challenges for Resilient Cities in Maranhão". Its goal is to discuss and present the difficulties that cities in the legal Amazon of Maranhão, especially the cities of Barra do Corda and Fernando Falcão, face in implementing the UN Sustainable Development Goals for inclusive and resilient urban development. Additionally, the event aims to present potential strategies to address these issues based on successful experiences of researchers in the respective thematic area. The event will be conducted in a remote format, featuring roundtable discussions.
