"“Sesc+ Sustainability - Hortotherapy"" is a systematic programme within the Sesc+ Sustainability Project, which, among other objectives, aims to strengthen communities. The Sesc+ Sustainability Project takes place in Sesc RJ units, public schools, peripheral neighbourhoods, public institutions, and other public spaces, and it is always free. The Sesc+ Sustainability Hortotherapy programme is held at the Sesc Barra Mansa unit every Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm, catering to the audience of the TSI - Social Work with the Elderly project. Its purpose is to revive, appreciate, and impart knowledge to encourage a healthy diet, promote the creation of green spaces, and strengthen social relationships."
