São Paulo’s 2040 Urban and Housing Development Plan (PDUH) innovates by articulating the contents of urban and housing policy, in full compliance with the principles of the New Urban Agenda and the 1989 State Constitution. Its goal is to align São Paulo's housing and sustainable urban development agenda with the 2040 National Housing Plan (PLANHAB) and the National Urban Development Policy (PNDU). This event will feature presentations and discussions involving public officials from the Department of Urban and Housing Development (SDUH) and the Urban and Housing Development Company (CDHU) of the State of São Paulo. They will engage in dialogue with the Ministry of Cities and BNDES - the National Bank for Economic and Social Development.
