The Impact of Informal Women Collecting Plastic on their Economy and the Environment

As part of the MENA Climate Week, UN-Habitat in Tunisia will address on October 10th, 2023, the topic of "The Impact of Informal Women Collecting Plastic on their Economy and the Environment.", as well as a concise introduction to the 'Women & Land' campaign, which has been successfully implemented in Tunisia and Libya and also has allowed to identify two remarkable women involved in informal plastic waste collection.
