Azerbaijani economist, Mr Huseynov holds a PhD in philosophy and was nominated in 2021 ‘Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Karabakh Economic Region’. Mr Huseynov is a member of the Supervisory Board of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan Railways, member of the Economic Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
