Francisco Javier Pérez Olagaray halds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been President of the Foreign Trade Commission of Coparmex Noroeste, a member of the Technical Council and Professor at the School of Economics and Business of the Universidad Anáhuac, and a member of the Board of Directors of Fundación ProEmpleo since 2007.
