The University of Nairobi (UON) and UN-HABITAT will launch the Centre for Urban-Rural Linkages in Africa (CURLA) on Friday, 13th October 2023 at 2:00 PM. The venue of the event is Chandaria Auditorium, UON Towers 6th Floor. CURLA is a research, capacity development, student mentorship, and policy center for urban-rural linkages (URLs) following the successful implementation of the COVID-19 ITFCURN project faculty by UON and UN-HABITAT in collaboration with the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (Republic of Cameroon), Ministry of Housing (Niger state, Federal Republic of Nigeria), Universite Gaston Berge de Saint-Louis du Senegal (Government of Republic of Senegal) and University of Zimbabwe (Zimbabwe).
