Launching the Urban October Campaign on the occasion of the World Habitat Day

Habitat Macedonia will celebrate World Habitat Day with the official start of the Home Equals and the Urban October Campaign in the city of Kumanovo. In the framework of the HOME EQUALS project, on 2 October, in the Municipality of Kumanovo, the Mayor of Kumanovo Mr. Maksim Dimitrievski and a Deputy Director of Program in Habitat Macedonia, Mrs. Liljana Alceva will sign a Memorandum of cooperation aiming to work together on improvement of housing and climate resilience in the informal settlements and will launch the Urban October Campaign. The Campaign will be shared with all the members of the Local Leadership Group which will be established in the city of Kumanovo the same day, as well as the population of the informal settlement in Kumanovo.
