Mannheim 10 years FairTrade town

"Mannheim has held the title of Fairtrade Town for ten years now. To mark this occasion it is organizing the anniversary event ""10 Years of Fairtrade Town Mannheim"" on September 24. Interested parties are invited to come and talk with fair trade actors over fair coffee and cake and to develop new ideas together on how the Fairtrade Town Mannheim can continue to be shaped together. Around the coffee table, visitors can expect hands-on activities and information about fair trade, such as a quiz on the topic of fair trade. The #MannheimFAIRändern photo campaign will also be part of the anniversary. With their picture and a personal statement, participants can make their attachment to fair trade visible and become part of the social media campaign. With the message #MannheimFAIRändern, the tenth anniversary is to be used to win more people in Mannheim for the concerns of fair trade and to make the commitment of the city, the citizens and initiatives visible. Fair Trade is important for a sustainable urban society and make the diversity of the commitment to FairTrade in our city visible. Under the hashtag #MannheimFAIRändern, there is a call to make a strong joint statement for fair trade.
