The impacts of solid waste on public health

The webinar "The impacts of solid waste on public health" will promote a discussion on waste generation featuring public management experts. It will focus on how the pandemic contributed to the problem and how it affects the health and the well-being of vulnerable groups, such as women and girls, and can jeopardise the efforts to achieve the 2030 Agenda goals. The event will highlight the solutions and public policies in São Luís and present the results of a partnership that SEMISPE is developing together with ENAP, focusing on innovation and sustainability.
