The event aims to present the main aspects and modalities of Urban Land Regularization emphasizing the social interests and the impacts on the legal protection of property and urban planning, as well as its relationship with the Right to Housing. It will also address the main obstacles in the regularization process and the possibilities of implementing it in a more efficient and adequate way.
