Smart cities and twin transition – examples from Asia and beyond            

How to achieve green and digital transition in cities? How are projects in development cooperation contributing to this transition, also in line with GIZ understanding of smart cities? This practice-oriented session will showcase different tools and solutions our projects have been supporting and developing in urban settings - from dashboards to interactive urban planning, from citizens participation to service delivery, from games to assessment frameworks. With inputs and a structured discussion, the question of future demands and challenges regarding green and digital transitions in cities will be explored.
