Towards public management and commons partnerships? Focus on innovative low-carbon mobility

Open urbanism and public/commons partnerships "Acting locally to act globally" responds to the need for meaning expressed by populations and stakeholders when political authorities propose open urban planning approaches with large-scale participation to transform territories in line with the NUA and the SDGs. These participatory transformations are intimately linked to changes in lifestyles and require, in order to give full effect to their capacities, precise frameworks capable of fostering commitment and trust in the long term. Public/communal partnerships open up innovative ways to involve civil society in all its diversity and make a success of the environmental and social transition of territories. The event will take place at the SDG Solution Space of the University of Geneva in collaboration with the Swiss innovation agency and with a focus on low-carbon mobility with three case studies, one in France and two in the canton of Geneva.
