The 15-Minute City and Health Forum aims to analyze the opportunity to incorporate the 15-minute city model, technically Accessibility Planning. This means accessibility to basic services in active modes (on foot or by bicycle) or sustainable modes (micromobility and public transport), in municipal planning tools (PGOUs, PMUS, AUEs, etc.), as well as in their processes. In addition, it seeks to generate knowledge through conferences and workshops, including planning and engineering companies as well as municipal technicians, in particular from the 121 pilot municipalities in the Spanish Urban Agenda and the 63 from the Innpulso Network, which are the ones that have generated most activity in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
