HOW TO FORMULATE THE SUSTAINABLE URBAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN?

Objectives: The participant is expected to achieve: 1. Know the current situation of urban planning and the need to achieve sustainable urban development in Bolivia 2. Know the international guidelines for urban planning 3. Develop, according to the methodology, the processes for the formulation of the Urban Development Plan Methodological proposal: Interactive learning and teamwork. It will be developed in 2 stages: 1. The participant will have a mandatory reading in advance, and as a requirement for entering the Workshop. An interactive activity will be carried out in the workshop around the revised 2. The participants will be organized into work teams to formulate the Sustainable Urban Development Plan Results: The participant will achieve: 1. Understand the Bolivian reality within the framework of the planning of its cities, conducive to achieving sustainable urban development 2. Identify and understand international guidelines for urban planning, around having strategic, participatory and sustainable plans 3. Elaborate in an interactive way and with teamwork, the urban diagnosis and its respective strategic analysis.
