Vi-Lab The Future of social housing: innovation, regulation and financing.

The Vi-Lab will identify the key factors to connect housing finance strategies with new construction technologies, accompanied by a process of promotion and adaptation of regulations by housing policies. Through our Vi-Lab, good practices and implementation strategies will be collected with the analysis and discussion of cases of relevant countries in the use of technology, financing strategies and microfinance that have innovated in the implementation of social housing policies, programs and projects.
