Identify the collective actions and solutions underway to promote the integration of all people in the territory through the betterment of access to rights, services, and opportunities and encouraging social cohesion and territorial inclusion, with the participation of community leaders, migrants, and refugees, general citizens that inhabit the selected Territorial Intervention Zone (UIT), within the framework of the project Inclusive Cities and Community of Solidarity (CICS). Collectively identify and prioritize projects and actions currently underway that work to better the integration of refugees and migrants through the access (and enjoyment) of rights, services, and opportunities, including opening spaces for social dialogue that fosters the participation, democratic governance, social cohesion, confidence building, a culture of peaceful coexistence and human rights, and the prevention of xenophobia. The workshop will take place with the Cotocollao community (refugees, immigrants, and the host community) within the TIU framework. It is proposed that the workshops contain the following characteristics: 3-hour duration, 2 facilitators per agency, leader of communications, a lecture hall with a capacity for 20 people—keeping in mind social distancing and the required regulations for biosecurity (good ventilation, sufficient spacing, etc.). Ideas and proposals from community members are encouraged to build a collaborative public space.
